About the training
Taking a great project idea and transforming into a project with all that it involves. That was the main goal of the training course I AM COORDINATOR organised by the Zamojskie Voluntary Service Association in the frame of Key Action 1 of Youth sector, Erasmus+ programme.

The training course brought together a group of excited young people with fewer opportuntities (18-30), youth workers and trainers who learned and practice preparation and coordination of international youth projects with special focus on the Erasmus+ programme.

The trainers showed the participants the opportunities that the Erasmus+ programme offers to the young people and then helped them to elaborate their project ideas and transform them into action in cooperation with their peers from other countries.

A big challenge the course tried to respond to was to show to the young people with fewer opportunities, that even if they are in difficult life situation, they can develop their skills, make their ideas into real-life international projects, and follow their dreams.
